The Workwear Manufacturer team

A workwear factory built on repeat orders.

We make workwear for the people who sell it, specify it and wear it. Our job is to get the spec right, keep the quality consistent and make the next order easy.

Our story

From a local workshop to a workwear export partner.

We started by making uniforms for local businesses. As customers began exporting, the work shifted to standards-led production: hi-vis garments that had to pass ANSI testing, FR clothing that had to keep its protection after washing, and programs that had to match from one order to the next.

Today we produce hi-vis, FR, coveralls, bib overalls, work pants, shirts and outerwear for safety distributors, brands and uniform programs. The range is broad, but the approach is narrow: agree the spec, approve the sample, control the production, document the shipment.

  • One team for product development, sampling and bulk production
  • In-house decoration, so logo quality is not outsourced
  • Test reports and labeling prepared for the destination market
  • English-speaking sales team and photo updates during production

What we believe

How we work with buyers

Most of our customers come back. These are the habits that keep them coming back.

Compliance first

If a garment cannot pass the standard, we will not sell it as compliant. Test reports come before marketing claims.

Honest lead times

We would rather quote a realistic date than promise a fast one. Schedules are confirmed in writing.

Repeat-order thinking

The second and third orders matter more than the first. Specs, fabrics and patterns are kept so repeats match.

Continuous improvement

Every claim, return and inspection finding becomes a corrective action on the line.

Milestones

A steady build, not a sudden leap

Sixteen years in workwear production, most of it focused on export programs.

2009

The workshop opens in Changshu with a small cutting and sewing team supplying local uniform customers.

2014

First export programs for safety distributors in North America and Europe; hi-vis becomes the core range.

2018

In-house decoration and a dedicated hi-vis line are added, with third-party ANSI testing.

2023

FR and arc-rated programs expand, alongside a wider cold-weather and women's workwear range.

Work with a factory that treats the second order as seriously as the first.

Send your range plan or current spec. We will reply with a clear quote, sample plan and production schedule.
