Is a hoodie enough for ANSI compliance?
Only when the tape layout and background area meet the class requirements. We produce hoodies to ANSI Class 2 layouts; for Class 3 use a jacket over the hoodie.
What is the MOQ for custom colors?
100 pcs per stock colorway, or 500 pcs for custom Pantone fleece.
What is the minimum order for a mixed size run?
100 pcs per style and colour on stock fleece, split across sizes. Custom Pantone fleece starts at 500 pcs per colour.
How is a Class 2 hoodie documented?
The tape layout is agreed in the tech pack, then the finished hoodie is tested for the class claimed. The report and the label inside the hoodie both reference that layout.
How long does a custom-colour fleece run take?
Lab dips and a sample take 7–14 days for a new colour, then bulk runs 30–45 days after approval.
