Hi-vis trousers complete a compliant outfit when jackets are removed, and they are the item most often missing from a safety program. We make cargo pants, utility trousers and insulated bibs with tape above and below the knee.

Fabric choices include 280 gsm poly-cotton twill and 12 oz duck canvas, with reinforced knees and tool pockets for field work.

FAQ

Hi-Vis Pants & Bibs questions

Do hi-vis pants need to match the jacket class?

For full ANSI Class 3 coverage the trousers should carry Class E or Class 2 tape so the outfit is compliant when the jacket comes off; we can certify the combination.

Can we order pants separately from jackets?

Yes, all styles are sold separately and we can also bundle jacket + trousers sets with a single SKU.

What is the minimum order for trousers?

100 pcs per style and colour, split across waist and inseam sizes. Trousers can be ordered without jackets and still meet the minimum.

Which class applies to hi-vis trousers?

In ANSI/ISEA 107 trousers are Class E; in EN ISO 20471 the trousers and jacket are certified as an ensemble, so the label states the combined class. We confirm the pairing in the tech pack.

How long does a trouser programme take to produce?

Sampling 7–10 days on stock fabric, bulk 30–45 days after approval. Size sets for a full crew can be packed by ratio or by employee.
