Custom workwear questions
What can be customized on a workwear style?
Fabric and weight, color, reflective tape layout, pockets, logos and decoration, labels, hang tags and packaging. Fully custom patterns are possible from a tech pack or reference sample.
What is the MOQ for custom workwear?
100 pcs per style and color with stock fabric. Custom Pantone dyeing, custom prints and new patterns typically start at 500 pcs, and 300 pcs for some OEM programs.
How long does a custom sample take?
7–10 days for a logo sample on a stock style, and 7–14 days for a new pattern from your tech pack. Sample fees are credited against bulk orders.
Can you produce under our own brand?
Yes. We produce OEM and private-label workwear with your labels, packaging and paperwork, under NDA where required.
Do you supply test reports and compliance labels?
Yes. Hi-vis and FR programs include test reports, tape certificates and the correct care and standard labels for the destination market.
Can we start with a small trial order?
Yes. A trial order at MOQ is the normal way to start: approve the sample, run 100–500 pcs, then scale into a full program.
