Cold Weather Workwear

Cold weather workwear systems: thermal base layers, insulated bibs and jackets, freezer suits and hi-vis winter gear. Factory-direct bulk supply.

  • EN 342
  • EN 14058
  • EN 343

Cold-weather workwear is a system, not a single jacket: a moisture-wicking base layer, an insulating mid layer and a wind- and water-resistant shell. We produce all three layers so the fit and sizing work together.

Our cold range is used in cold storage, winter construction, utilities, oil and gas, agriculture and outdoor logistics. Insulated styles are tested to EN 342 and can be combined with ANSI 107 hi-vis where required.

FAQ

Cold Weather Workwear questions

How do I choose between insulated bibs and coveralls?

Bibs are more flexible for active work because the arms stay free; coveralls give full-body protection for wet or dirty jobs. Many crews use bibs for work and coveralls for wet weather.

What temperature rating do your freezer garments have?

Our 180–200 gsm freezer styles are designed for cold storage at −20 °C with moderate activity; exposure time and base layers affect real-world comfort.

Can cold-weather garments be hi-vis?

Yes, insulated bibs, jackets and coveralls are available with ANSI 107 Class 2/3 or Class E tape.
