How do I choose an arc rating?
Use the incident energy from your arc flash study and select clothing with an arc rating equal to or higher than that value, following NFPA 70E Table 130.7(C)(15).
Do you supply arc-rated hoods and face shields?
Yes, arc flash suit kits include hoods with face shields and are tested as a system.
What is the minimum order for an arc-rated kit?
100 pcs per style and colour for the garment; kits with a hood are quoted as a set. Sizes can be split freely within the minimum.
What is in an ATPV report?
The ASTM F1959 result in cal/cm² for the fabric tested, with the fabric and weight identified. The garment label repeats the value, so the number on the label traces back to the report.
How long does an arc-rated kit take?
Sampling 7–10 days, bulk 30–45 days after approval. Hoods and face protection are sourced against the same fabric batch and confirmed at quotation.
