FR Jackets questions
Can I wear a non-FR jacket over FR clothing?
No. Outer layers must be FR or the protection is compromised in a flash fire; choose an FR jacket sized to layer over your FR shirt.
Do FR jackets carry arc ratings?
Selected styles are arc-rated to CAT 2 (8–12 cal/cm²); CAT 3/4 options are made to order.
What is the minimum order for FR jackets?
100 pcs per style and colour, split across sizes. Jackets can be paired with FR trousers or coveralls in one order.
How is CAT 2 or CAT 3 documented on a jacket?
The arc rating of the shell and lining determines the category; the label states the category and the report states the ATPV. We do not swap fabrics within a programme without re-testing.
What is the sampling route for a new FR jacket?
A fit sample in 7–10 days, then a production sample with your branding, then bulk 30–45 days after approval.
