The factory behind your workwear program.
Cutting, sewing, decoration and inspection under one roof. We build workwear for distributors, brands and uniform programs that need consistent quality and documented compliance.
- 600k garments per year
- In-house decoration
- AQL 2.5 inspection
- OEM under NDA
Built around compliance, not just sewing.
Workwear is technical clothing. A hi-vis vest has to hit a measured area of fluorescent and retroreflective material; an FR coverall has to hold its protection after repeated washing. We organize the factory around those requirements.
Our team handles fabric sourcing, pattern development, sampling, bulk production, decoration and export packing. That means one accountable partner from your first tech pack to the reorder — and a production record you can audit.
- Dedicated lines for hi-vis, FR and heavy woven garments
- Fabric library with tested hi-vis, FR and workwear platforms
- In-house screen print, embroidery and heat transfer
- Spec sheets, approved samples and test reports kept on file
How a garment moves through the factory
Every lot is traceable from fabric roll to export carton, with checkpoints before the next stage begins.
Fabric & trims
Fabric is booked against the approved spec, with shrinkage and colorfastness checked before cutting.
Cutting
CAD patterns, marker planning and bundle tickets keep sizes and lots traceable through the line.
Sewing & decoration
Line-balanced sewing, in-line checks, then print or embroidery with the approved placement.
QC & packing
Measurement audit, AQL 2.5 final inspection, pressing and export packing to your carton spec.
Inspection that matches your PO.
Quality is checked at three points: incoming fabric and trims, in-line during sewing, and final inspection before packing. The final audit uses AQL 2.5 unless your order specifies otherwise.
- Fabric shrinkage, colorfastness and weight verification
- Measurement audit against the approved size spec
- Tape placement and reflective area checks on hi-vis
- Logo placement and wash-durability testing on decoration
- Carton drop, barcode and packing list checks

Factory and sourcing questions
Where is your factory?
Our production base is in Changshu, Jiangsu, China — close to Shanghai port for export. We welcome video tours and customer audits.
How large is your production capacity?
Current capacity is around 600,000 garments per year across hi-vis, FR, coveralls, pants and shirts, with additional capacity from long-term partner lines for large programs.
Can we audit the factory?
Yes. We support customer audits and third-party inspections. Share your audit standard and we will confirm scheduling and documentation.
Do you manufacture for other brands?
We produce private-label and OEM workwear for brands and distributors. Customer designs, patterns and artwork are handled under NDA.
What is your quality inspection standard?
Final inspection is performed to AQL 2.5 (major defects) unless your PO specifies a different level. Measurement checks follow the approved spec sheet.
How do you handle compliance documentation?
Test reports, tape certificates, care labels and declarations of conformity are prepared for the destination market and supplied with the shipment.
