Hi-vis coveralls cover the whole body in one garment, which simplifies compliance for plant, rail and utility work. We make unlined summer coveralls and insulated versions with taped legs.

Two-way zips, storm flaps, action backs and knee patches are standard options, and tape placement is designed to stay visible in working positions.

Hi-Vis Coveralls questions

Are these coveralls FR?

The C12 model is FR to NFPA 2112; C01 and C08 are standard fabrics. FR versions require fabric certificates for your market and start at 300 pcs.

Can you add company patches?

Yes, embroidery, screen print and woven patches are available on chest and back.

What is the minimum order for coveralls?

100 pcs per style and colour, split across sizes. Coveralls can be combined with jackets or vests in one order.

What is checked on a Class 3 coverall?

Background and retroreflective area against the class requirement, plus the tape layout on sleeves, legs and torso. Both are fixed in the tech pack before sampling.

How long does a coverall order take?

Sampling 7–10 days, bulk 30–45 days after approval and deposit. FR or insulated builds add fabric lead time and are confirmed on the quotation.
